RETURNS & EXCHANGE

As a company that prides itself on fit and quality, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Grace & Blaze purchase, if for any reason you are not pleased with your order, we are happy to accept a return following the guidelines below:

Please contact us via email within 30 days of receiving your order for an exchange or full refund. To organise your return, please simply email info@graceandblaze.com.au.

Items should be in their new, unused condition, with all garment tags attached.
To ensure that items are sufficiently protected in transit, we recommend you send them to us in the original packaging.

Final Sale merchandise is not eligible for return.

For all returns (except for faults) customers are responsible for paying for return shipping costs.

All correctly returned products will be refunded to the original purchaser. After processed, refunds may take up to 10 business days to reflect on your bank statement depending on the method of payment used.

 RETURNS POLICY

  • Returns outside the standard 30 day window will only be accepted at our discretion.
  • All returns should be sent back to us in the original packaging provided. The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  • You will need to include your Return number (this will be provided via email) in the package when you return it to us. Any returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
  • Returns will be credited to the original payment method. Any original shipping charges will not ordinarily be refunded.
